Who's around anymore? Back from Iraq about 8 wks ago, back at L'worth waiting on SAMS. Anyone local or Riley based still? Once the wx clears up and warms up I'll be out on the road again. Have the s/arm out of the Gixxer right now, a 'Busa one in it's place. Wheels are out at the powdercoater and taking some more parts over this afternoon before he gets started. HD is still on the stands... and leaking.

Don't know, I'm down here in Okie-where land, bored and bummed. But I did convince my Dad to let me have his rifle that I got my first deer with so now I can go kill me some piggies!

I've been deployed for about 3 months and wil be for another 9 or so. Before that I was going through a divorce and TDY. Lots going on, so the site had to take a back seat. I'll make an effort to check more often and help keep it alive. Once I get back to Riley and get to ride my new 2010 Ducati 1198s, maybe we'll have to link up for a ride if your still around.

On a side note, every 1098 and 1198 I've come across needs drastic preload in the front and less in the rear. Try and get both to 35mm sag to start with and adjust from there.

Thanks for the setup advice, I'll need it since I've never ridden one. The pay over here is pretty nice in the contracting world. Everything from this piont on needs to be saved for a house when I get back. I can't wait till Feb, and I will be house hunting in Nov on R&R.

If im still around riley when you get back we should hook up and ride some.

Man i been busier than a one legged man in an a$$kickin contest with all these schools! FML! On a side note I have gotten back into street riding with the help of a 2007 Yamaha R1.

The Lac is lookin prety sexy! I don't know how your doing the whole back to back school thing. lol seems like I would have reached my breaking point long ago. I hope its all going good for you.
